Who we are
Altrevo Systems is based in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email contact@altrevosystems.com.
What we collect
- The contact form: your name, work email, company (if you give it) and your message. The email that reaches us also shows the approximate city and country your request came from, worked out from your internet address.
- Emails you send us, with anything you attach.
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we use it
Only to answer you, arrange a demo and talk about your requirements. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask about working with us, taking steps before a contract. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, the spam check on the form. Turnstile looks at technical details such as your internet address and browser to tell people from bots.
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox, from its EU region.
- Zoho hosts our mailbox in its EU data centres.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser sends your internet address to Google when it loads them.
Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to answer and follow up. We delete enquiries within 24 months of our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email contact@altrevosystems.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
